 TAHAL Consulting Engineers Sulama Sistemleri Limited Sirketi (Turkey)
TAHAL established its Turkey Desk in 1996 and in 1977 initiated the Yaylak Plain Irrigation Project. The Yaylak Plain Irrigation Project is part of the Southeastern Anatolian Program (GAP), one of the largest water and land resources development programs in Turkey today and one of the most comprehensive regional development programs currently being carried out in the world. Implementation of the project is the result of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Turkey and the Government of Israel in a number of sectors, including agriculture, irrigation and rural development. A contract for the turnkey (design and build) project was signed between Turkey's Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSI) and the TAHAL-EKINCILER-ICTAS Joint Venture.

TASK is engaged in the management and operation of water and sewage and wastewater corporations in Turkey. The joint company, TASK A.S., has concession agreements for the management and operation of the water and sewage networks of two cities in Turkey, providing water to over 250,000 people. The agreements are for a period of 35 years and include the construction or renewal and operation of the water and sewage network. TASK will pursue further concession agreements for the operation of municipal drinking water and wastewater networks throughout Turkey.
