Kardan Water  is the operational platform of TAHAL Group Assets B.V. in the Chinese market. TAHAL D.O.O. Consulting and Engineering was founded at the end of 2003. The company was established for the purpose of carrying out infrastructure projects in Serbia. TAHAL D.O.O is licensed by the Republic of Serbia for the design of water supply, drinking water supply, wastewater treatment and industrial water treatment projects. The company employs a staff of experienced professionals and is currently involved in drinking water treatment plant projects, and wastewater treatment solutions.

TAHAL Romania S.R.L. was established for the purposes of managing a major turnkey project for water supply to rural areas as well as for handling other new projects in the country. Registered in Romania, with its head office in Bucharest, the company possesses design and supervision capabilities, allowing it to offer a broad range of services. It also maintains a permanent roster of highly qualified specialists and professionals associated with universities and research centres with which in-house staff can be augmented according to project needs. EKO-WARK was established in 1990 as a private construction company operating in Poland.
